Step 1
HR Round
The first step is where we introduce ourselves and openly discuss about your background and expertise. We start with a quick get-to-know-you conversation to explore your experience, challenges, and career journey so far.
Step 2
Initial Technical Discussion
Next, we take a deep dive to understand your technical expertise with one of the subject matter experts from our team. You’ll be asked questions to demonstrate your technical strengths and problem-solving skills on a shared screen or whiteboard.
Step 3
Technical Challenge & Review
You’ll love this round if you are passionate about coding. In this, you’ll tackle real-world coding challenges designed to evaluate your problem-solving approach, security considerations, and performance optimization. Rather than a solution, we will be focused on how you think. Once done, our expert will provide you with feedback in a review session.
Step 4
Culture Round
Klizer’s culture sets it apart. This round is to explore what drives you, motivates you, and what your work preferences are. In this two-way communication, we ensure that we are the right fit for each other.
Step 5
Meet the Leaders
You’ll engage with the product leaders or senior team members to discuss how you collaborate, communicate, and solve problems as part of a team. We’re looking for adaptability, leadership potential, and a strong team mindset.
Step 6
Meet Our Director
In this candid conversation, our Director shares the story behind Klizer’s beginnings, the vision that drives us, and what’s next for the brand. It’s a deep dive into leadership, aspirations, and building for long-term growth.
Step 7
The Final Decision
After your discussions, our recruitment panel reviews all your interviews to make a final call. You’ll hear from us within two business days, because making you wait for weeks for an update isn’t our style.
