Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and applied AI research. You will be responsible for designing, experimenting, and developing models to solve real-world business problems.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with end-to-end ML workflows—from data exploration and feature engineering to model research, evaluation, and production deployment. A passion for research papers, state-of-the-art algorithms, and innovation is key.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Research & Development
- Research and implement ML/DL algorithms from recent papers and academic literature.
- Develop prototypes to evaluate state-of-the-art models (transformers, diffusion models, LLMs, graph models, etc.).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend adoption where relevant.
Model Development & Optimization
- Design, train, and fine-tune ML/DL models for NLP, computer vision, recommendation, forecasting, or multimodal tasks.
- Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency (quantization, pruning, distillation, GPU/TPU optimization).
- Conduct rigorous experiments, hyperparameter tuning, and benchmarking.
Data & Evaluation
- Build datasets for experimentation, perform preprocessing, and ensure data quality.
- Define robust evaluation metrics and run experiments to measure model performance.
- Work with synthetic, real-world, and open-source datasets.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work with product, research, and engineering teams to align AI research with business goals.
- Contribute to technical documentation, internal knowledge bases, or even external publications.
- Present findings and experiment results to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Core ML/DL Expertise: Hands-on with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn.
- Research Orientation: Ability to read, implement, and reproduce results from academic papers.
- Specialized Experience: Strong in at least one of the following:
- NLP & LLMs (transformers, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning)
- Computer Vision (CNNs, vision transformers, generative models)
- Reinforcement Learning
- Multimodal AI (vision + text, speech + text)
- Data Handling: Experience with large datasets, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Deployment Knowledge (nice-to-have): Exposure to model serving, APIs, or cloud ML pipelines (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Why Join Us?
- Work on impactful AI projects with real business applications.
- Mentorship from experienced AI engineers.
- Growth-oriented environment with continuous learning opportunities.
- Freedom to research, experiment, and bring your own ideas to life.
