Job Description
Kickstart your career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning! As an entry-level AI/ML Engineer, you’ll work on real-world projects, experiment with ML/DL models, and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and AI Agents. You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers while also encouraged to think independently, explore research, and contribute ideas that push innovation forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
- Support development of AI solutions in NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, or GenAI.
- Conduct literature reviews and explore new research papers, tools, and techniques to apply to projects.
- Collaborate on experiments, analyze results, and document findings.
- Work independently on assigned tasks, from problem definition to prototype.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and bring insights to the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Strong Python skills with knowledge of data structures & algorithms.
- Basics of ML/DL (regression, classification, neural nets, transformers).
- Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL); exposure to vector DBs is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Nice to Have
- Personal/academic AI projects, Kaggle/GitHub contributions.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and model deployment.
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and techniques.
