Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in
enterprise accounts and e-commerce platforms, particularly Magento. The ideal candidate
will have excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly understand complex projects,
and experience working closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams in
an onsite–offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Quickly understand end-to-end project scope, business objectives, and technical landscape.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Lead requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Prepare high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and refine product backlogs in JIRA.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when required and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
- Coordinate effectively in an onsite–offshore engagement model, ensuring seamless communication and delivery alignment.
- Support UAT cycles and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience in E-commerce projects.
- Hands-on experience working with Magento (Adobe Commerce preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
- Experience running Scrum ceremonies.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global delivery models (Onsite–Offshore).
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
