Job Description
We are looking for 3+ years of experience as a skilled UI Developer with strong experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces using frameworks such as React.js and Next.js. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of CSS frameworks and preprocessors, a strong eye for detail, and hands-on experience delivering accessible, ADA-compliant user experiences. Experience working in Agile environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, interactive, and high-quality user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build reusable, scalable UI components using modern frameworks
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools into pixel-perfect web pages
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing UI components
- Implement accessibility best practices, including ADA compliance and WCAG standards
- Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and well-documented code
- Follow Agile development processes and participate in sprint ceremonies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS or LESS)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications
- Familiarity with testing and debugging tools
- Understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
