Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM & Commerce Cloud Developer to take complete ownership of our Salesforce environment — from design and development to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, design scalable Salesforce solutions, ensure smooth deployment, and drive continuous improvement to maximize CRM performance and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- Customize Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) portals for partners, customers, and internal users.
- Develop and enhance integrations with other systems (e.g., WordPress, ERP, or eCommerce tools).
Deployment & Configuration
- Manage deployment processes using Salesforce Change Sets, Copado, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce environments including Sandbox, UAT, and Production.
Audit & Optimization
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience.
Integration
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
Maintenance & Support
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce CRM and Community Cloud users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams or external vendors.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) and Commerce Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Community Cloud Consultant, or Commerce Cloud Developer certification preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange solutions and ecosystem.
