Job Description

We are looking for 5+ years of experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Functional & Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both functional and technical aspects of P21, supporting end-to-end implementations, rollouts, integrations, and post–go-live support for distribution-focused clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P21 modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Pricing, and Finance
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to P21 capabilities
  • Configure P21 modules and optimize business workflows
  • Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support

Technical Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, and reports for P21
  • Execute and support data migration activities
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, views, dashboards, and Business Rules
  • Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, and P21 extensibility tools
  • Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI, API, and third-party integrations
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
